    Does muscle have steroid memory?

I cycled years about 8 years ago. I stopped working out (so dumb!) and lost not only my steroid gains but about 10 lbs of natural gains before the steroids . I am gaining back those 10 lbs now (which was my old natural peak), but after that will I still be able to gain back my old steroid gains naturally?

Good question, I would think your natural limit is your natural limit. You will need to cycle again to get past it. Not sure though.

Muscle memory in itself is a VERY real thing! As far as making 'old steroid cycle' gains back naturally,,I'm a little leary.
