If you could do your first cycle over what would you do different? What kind of cycle would you run?
Reason I'm asking is I got a good friend about to do his first cycle and I told him let me ask you all on here what you would do different. I know I would change my first cycle and some others to. Any way my friend is

training for past two yrs
bf good guess 10%
clean diet
has done some pro hormones not much
and has never cycled this will be his first
what would you guys recommend. I told him he would notice alot on his first cycle as long as his diet is in check and he trains hard and gets good rest.
What are your thoughts.
