Age:

also are you interested in using steroids ? They are only used by someone who is training still long and not able to get results.

You say your a little overweight, Bodyfat Percentage?
If you are overweight for the moment you do not need Steroids . You need a solid diet/workout/Cardio Program to help you get back in shape. You should visit our diet section on the board, there are plenty of stickies that will help you and there is much knowledge to be gained.

You need to get your diet in order first. You are also bit young to using aas. Your goals can be accomplisshed natty with a good diet and cardio. In the meantime stick around and do some research so when the time comes you will be ready.

By the way if you cannot dedicate yourself and stay in the gym without aas you will not do it with them, they are not a magical drug that make you dedicated.

and
UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet...
Age factor plays an important role. You can take over advice or be like all the newbies and hate us. With that weight it would be great to cut it down with cardio and diet. You can cut down into a pro like body if you do hardwork.
Take your time. Settle up your diet first. Then make a exercise Schedule for gym. Test and experience with new exercises. See what works best for you.
Exactly. You can be on steroids and goto a brothel than gym. feels the same.
