    Controling BP while on

    31 male
    6'
    205
    14% body fat
    first cycle Test 450 solo
    week 3

Have a question about controling My diastolic reading is 59 but my systolic has went up from 121 to 135. I've taken measures in my diet to cut sodium to a minimum, increasing my cardio to 2 hours a week. Would an OTC diuretic help get my bp back down?

Maybe I should have titled this oral steriods only for a 14 year old male who lost a testicle already to cancer then someone would have responded.

I think a baby aspirin daily also will help a bit / cut out all salt in diet will drop it like a rock.

yeah add some garlic, make sure you get the odorless kind or you'll be tasting it the rest of the day.
