    Post seeking advice

I am new to all of this in general, so any advice to be safe is much appreciated.
    I am 5'8",180 lbs, 25%body fat, 29 years old
Work out 1 hour cardio 5 days week, cycle 50+ miles 3 times weekly. I am not looking to gain, but to cut.
I have hit a plateau working out, and would like to flatten out my stomach.
I am not sure what I would like to try first, but I am looking for something short term with long term results. I would like to try something that is easy to recover from, with minimal negative health impacts. I have been reading about many stacks, and cycles; but thought I would ask people who actually know about it from use.I know this is asking a lot from people who do not know me, but thanks a lot in advance.

I eat 3 oz white fish mon, wed, friday. with mixed vegetables, and varying beans.
Tues. Baked chicken(4 oz.), rice and carrots or corn. Thursday is shrimp salad, or tofu salad. Sat and Sunday Pasta dish, or other high carb food for riding.
Lunch daily is always the same Ham sandwich(farm raised I butcher), brown mustard, dehydraded vegetables(onion, okra, green beans, carrots) 3 rice cakes(plain with peanut butter), 2 bananas or one orange, or one apple. 1/2 cup yougurt(usually activia).
Breakfast is always same half cup oatmeal(irish ground) with honey, or agave nectar, i tblspoon sugar. Sunday is homemade oatmeal pancakes, with diabetic syrup.
3 times a month i have some sort of Ice cream cone, or a brownie
