need pct help and how to use hcg

im coming off of a long cycle of eq, test and mast like 18 weeks. a little too liong. i need to know what i need for pct please help i have been ignorant before and ignored pct. im thimking hcg with nolvaand clomid please someone help.

yea 18 weeks is pretty long usually 12-16 is good. so since you did it so long you might want to get some hcg and nolva to bring your boys back.

HCG is to be used durring cycle, so if u want to end ASAP it would not be neccessary.

As a generalisation (cant spell) the average PCT would be 4 weeks long, some advise longer (Swifto, i believe) and as you have run a long cycle you may fall into the 'Longer PCT required' catagorie.

nolva 40 40 20 20 20 20
Arimidex (small dose to reduce estrogen)

If I were you I would run the hcg the last two weeks before pct. The two weeks when the esters clear your body. Run it at 500ius ed until the first day of pct. During that two weeks you will want to run some AI(adex) for example.. Run it at .25 eod until the day before you start your pct.

Pct could be nolva and clomid.
I would not use adex during pct....

^^^^ That and 6 to 8 weeks of nolva/ clomid for pct. Something like this 100/40 50/20 50/20 50/20 50/20 50/20 per day per week, and a couple more weeks of 50/20 if you feel the need. Hey, did your nuts shrink significantly?

I would not use letro. I would use adex.
