Hey, everyone. I am a 12 year veteran to bodybuilding, have been using aas, for about 5 years. Many different kinds and amounts. I am currently taking 250mg. test wk. HRT. After 2 shoulder surgeries and bad knee I have backed off.
The BIG question here is that my wife would like to try something to lower some BF and gain a very small amount of muscle. She is 110 lbs. 5 foot 36 yrs old. She is in pretty decent condition now but she wants to drop the BF just a little more.
Any suggestions would be great. I know there are alot of types of gear that women can't take so I do not want to make any mistakes.
