    excessive energy w/o cycle

    that's right I got excessive energy w/o cycle but problem is diet is inadequate. Both my squads and bench press improve to four 45s. Dumbell curl went up from 35Ibs in each hand to 70 at 6-8reps. This is amazing transition. I just need to eat quality and quantity to go beyond this stage to break the plateu. Please helps with cost-effective diet plan. thanks.

    Squat still sucks but I am improving dude, You gotta see it to believe it. Will load some videos on Youtube and post it here. Just hang on a sec. I'm doing four 45s easy dudeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

    Yeah I don't enjoy them either, they are a necessary evil.
