Serious Clen Question about Working out...
OK well wrestling training is coming up and I was thinking about some clen to help shed off some pounds....Here is my question...Wrestling is pretty intense...about 2 hours pretty hard full body workout and cardio aspect of it as well....Just curious if that would be pushing it too hard to clen.....ok thanks
I am in shape...5'8 160.....I would say 14% bf....26 I am a an assistance coach...
Just need some knowledgable advice...

i used to wrestle. I wouldnt use clen while training.
How much you trying to cut?

i just finished my clen cycle and I found it gave me less endurance. I used to easily do 45min of cardio in the mornings before work and now i struggle to get to that mark and often stop at 30min. I know some of the guys on here get great results and I did as well as far as look but not performance. Could work either way for you and I wouldn't guess which one with an important wrestling season coming up. just my 2c

Clen makes cardio quite difficult. But I think the worst for you will be the cramping, especially since you are wrestling. I was on clen while boxing and had the worse cramps, places that I didnt even know could cramp. Even with taurine and potassium, the cramps come bad with high impact sports. Just be weary...

While on clen , make sure to supplement with taurine and potassium.

ok thanks...I am looking to cut around 6 pounds....so here is my new plan then....use clen before training starts then...then bulk during training...thanks guys I thought this would have been an issue.
