OK well wrestling training is coming up and I was thinking about some clen to help shed off some pounds....Here is my question...Wrestling is pretty intense...about 2 hours pretty hard full body workout and cardio aspect of it as well....Just curious if that would be pushing it too hard to clen.....ok thanks
I am in shape...5'8 160.....I would say 14% bf....26 I am a an assistance coach...
