    Help on cycle please please please!!

    Heeyyy,

    Just want some input into my cycle i start new week as it's my first.

    Sustanon 250 x2 EW
    D-Bol 40-50mg ED
    Aromasin 12.5mg ED
    3 weeks in HCG 500 EW

    * Not sure whether to run Arimdex instead of Aromasin?

    PCT:

    Aromasin 25mg for 6 weeks
    Nolvatex (Tamoxifen) 4 weeks
    HCG 2 weeks after last sustanon shot

    * Not sure whether to include clomid instead or with?

    I'm 25, 168 pounds, 12% bodyfat, 6.2, good diet

    If anyone could clarify which AI to run during as i am ??? on Arimdex or Aromasin

    If you had a good diet you wouldn't be 168lbs at 6'2.

    Out of curiosity, what's your daily diet like?

    id say that at 6.2 and 168 ur not ready to cycle.

    You dont need steroids you need food, your very underweight and running steroids wont be beneficial because you dont have a diet what will miantain or build muscle tissue. Go down to the diet section and sort your diet out, also the cycle needs work but maybe over the next few months while your sorting your diet out you could do more research on first cycles.

    Diet consists of 5 small meals a day, chicken, steak, and tuna. no carbs after 8, eating lots of fruit. My diet is good, my body looks good, 13 stone i feel isnt that low but i want to reach under 15 stone so with this cycle i will increase my calories but just want to know what people think of the cycle and with a better diet is this OK

    If you are 13st then you did your calculations wrong in the first post. Either way, still very light for your height. Anyone with a decent structure would look good that thin. You BF is more then likely on the low side, showing whatever muscle definition you have.

    Your diet sounds like it contains just enough macros to keep your gains consistent with your current weight. You will more than likely lose whatever you gain if you continue to cycle. I'd tweak the diet a bit and put on some good quality weight naturally. Good luck.

    You need to sort your diet out, your not eating correctly you can put on another 20-30lbs at your height naturally, if you cant do this when your natural your not going to do it when you start a cycle, your diet isnt good enough to maintain or build tissue.

    forget the cycle, it's a waste of money and a dangerous one at that if you don't know what is happening from the drugs you are injecting inside your body

    first let's work on diet, post everything you eat for a day, including macros on the food and daily totals(it's a bit to do i know, but it's invaluable)

    daily food intake consists of

    Breakfast: wholegrain cereal

    Snacks: Turkey and chicken sandwich

    Lunch: Chicken breast

    Snacks: pro max bar

    Dinner: sirloin steak, veg

    snacks: protein shake

    Before bed: cottage cheese and casein whey protein shake

    Hows that?..

    I appreciate the advise on diet and i will listen and adjust my diet on what you guys recommend but can someone advise me on the mentioned cycle as i've just bought it :P haha so...

    That is horrible and proves what everyone is saying. You dont need to cycle you need to diet and gain naturally

    definately not eating enough to grow... you should put on at least 25 more lbs naturally before cycling. If you can eat to grow now, you cant eat to sustain the extra muscle you think you will get cycling.

    go post your diet in the diet section.. the boys there will get you on the right path and you will still be able to grow naturally when they show you how to eat.

    Please avoid anabolics at this point, you have so much more potential

    i need calories and macronutrients for each meal and daily totals as well, but i can already say that you have alot of stuff to change, which should be great news to you lol
