Is it possible for a person living a sedentary to marginally sedentary lifestyle to raise their natural testosterone production by becoming active or very active?
If you went from being a couch potato to being a 5 day a week weight lifter with your diet changing from a 'fat ass' diet to a very strict diet for a period of months or even years?
....and you were obviously still in the prime natural testosterone production years? 16-34 for example.
Is it possible to raise your natural testosterone production? Or is it going to remain the same regardless of activity level and only genetics, health and age dependent?
