PVL = Good Good Sheeet!!!
Aight, I had my doubts too, like some other PVL users. I entered my fourth week now. Sustanon is definetly kicking in hardcore. Weight has also gone up.
Started cycle at 200lbs, am currently about 210lbs.
Today I had an AMAZING chest workout, which was just AMAZING. Left me and my friend speechless.
We went from doing sets at 205lbs (6-8 reps) last 2-3 weeks, something like this:
Warmup 135
3 sets @ 205 (6-10 reps, struggling)
Finish 135 (till failure)
This week, our titties were in for a delight!!!
Warmup 135
1st set @ 205 (10 reps)
2nd set @ 215 (10 reps)
3rd set @ 225 (8 reps)
4th max @ 245 (2 reps)
5th max @ 260 (1 rep)
I kno I doubted PVL, but this is really some good shit! Both me and my friend are doing good, weight has gone up, strength has gone up. For the other people who aren't seeing good results, you might be taking low doses, and your diet may not be in check. PVL must be legit, cause these strengths are unbelievable.
