    First ever cycle. Few questions...

    Hi guys

    So this is the first time I'm ever trying AAS, I've read some good stuff on this site and researched a lot, so I've come up with my first cycle but still have a few questions which I'm hoping you guys can help with.

    Profile.
    Sex: male
    Age: 25
    Weight: 11stone( just under)
    BF: just under 10%
    History: been going gym for about 3years now, I'm experienced with exercises and diet, I'm quite lean and not a lot of fat at all. Reason for starting AAS is I became sick a year ago for a few months and lost all my gains, which is upsetting, you train hard all your life and can lose it all in a matter of days, so I'm willing to try AAS and see how it goes.

    So aftr researching how does this sound for my first ever cycle.

    6 week cycle
    250ml of testosterone enanthate, twice a week
    (mon 250ml, thurs 250ml)
    Pct proviron, 25mg every day
    + nolvadex 20mg every day.

    Once the 6 week cycle is complete, 20mg nolvadex everyday for 1week then 20mg every other day for 2weeks.

    So the questions I have is.

    -is this a good cycle?
    -should I just take provision on it's own during cycle and nolvadex when coming off, or are both good.
    -when is it best to inject, morning, after food, before food etc?
    -lastly, is it still ok to take other supplements like creative, no2 etc.

    Any help would be great.

    6 Weeks is pretty short for a test E cycle.
    I'm not familiar with proviron, I ran nolva, and clomid for my pct and it got me back up and going pretty quick. Check out the pct stickies here

    Injection times from what I've read don't really matter, since your only pinning twice a week, any time during the day is fine.

    And yes, all other supps (creatine, pre-workout supps, protein) are ok to take, as long as it's not an over the counter pro-hormone or something like that.

    How tall are you? Unless our under 5ft, 11 stone is too light. Your cycle length is too short, and your PCT isn't the best. I'd do a little more research on the compounds you plan on running and proper PCT protocols. But first work on your diet and get that weight up a bit naturally.

    do at least 10-12 weeks of Test E

    im pretty sure its better to run proviron during your cycle not in PCT, def consider some HCG for during as well since among other things it will def help the speed/effectiveness of restoring yourself once you come off

    pct should be nolva/clomid, torem/nolva, or torem/clomid (im not very well versed in the details about these, i just know these are pretty much your options)

    you running any kind of AI during the cycle?

    Theres some real bad advice being given in this thread, this guy is 11st which means unless he's a dwarf then he's massively under weight..

    Op you need to learn how to eat correctly otherwise you'll just be throwing your money away with aas...
    Do not ask me for a source check.

    Head over to the diet section because the diet you have at the moment is useless for muscle building IMHO, you also need to do even more research on first time cycle because the one you posted isnt good, check out the eductaion threads, best of luck

    If you got sick and lost all your gains why not get back to where you were before naturally. Thats what I do if something like an illness strikes cause I know I've been there before and should be able to get it back much much quicker. I feel its a waste personally. Id rather use AAS to take me to a level I haven't been to yet but first I accomplished a great deal naturally. I feel like such a p*ssy if I had to be on juice in order to bench 225 for 10 reps when thats obtainable with out drugs.

    Sorry, I was unclear from the start.

    I'm 5ft 7. I'm not aiming to be anywhere near as big as a bodybuilder, the only way I can describe what in after is similar to brad pitts body type in fight club but with a bit more size.

    I read up on cutting cycles but pple seem to say it's best to start on test, some say it's not so I'm a bit confused.

    dude, if you want the brad pitt physique just do a friggin cut lol. you DO NOT need AAS if that is your goal

    You dont need steroids you need to address your diet thats all

    yeah that physique is easy obtainable without drugs. Bet he had a perfect diet and training program

    just keep careful track of your calories and "bulk"...if you find your smoothing out too much, just cut back on the food or increase your activity/cardio.
