    Very first cycle

    Hey there fellas. I was thinking about starting my first cycle. I have been working out for 3 years taking protein and eating right for the most part. My brother has this friend that has been taking roids for around a year now and WOW the dramatic change he has went through!! This is what got me interested. I talked with him about it some and had him get me some gear. He got me Sustaplex 325 which is a testosterone Blend and some Decagen 300 which is a Nandrolene Decanoate. He told me to stack them and said its really good stuff. Well I have had them a month now and have been trying to get needles which to my surprise has been hard. Well after some time of looking I found some but they were currently out of stock. So I called up my brothers friend and he said he had a extra needle and I really wanted to get this thing crackin. I go over to his house with my gear he fills it up to 2cc ( 1CC each ) and I chicken out. My dad had hep C from dirty needles from drug use and I definitely didnt want to take a chance. Which made me want to do some more research. I was wondering what you guys thought of the product I got for a beginner or any suggestions. Sorry I know this was kinda all over the place

    Wassup bro im 6 weeks in on my first cycle of test prop and soo far everything's amazing... my advice to u and many would agree as this being ur first cycle u should stick to one aas (test) preferably just to see how ur body will react to aas. Second u should make sure u have.all of ur gear b4 u start including syringes. What type of cycle r u planning? How many mgs per week? Do u have a pct prepared? What is it? Are u gonna run a AI which u should to prevent sides?

    Snowstud, you need a lot of diet work if you want to gain muscle. It would appear you have a lot more natural growth left in you before you start cycling.

    Store your gear in a cool dry place for a while and learn how to eat. It might be a good thing you can't get a hold of needles at this point. I'm willing to bet you probably don't have your PCT on hand yet either. Get that stuff sorted out first and put on some good quality natural weight.

    At 26 I think I would have reached my growing potential. I have Always been real tall and thin that's the reason why I was looking into steroids. I have been around the gym for years so Its nothing new to me. I have eatin real good taken weight gainers drink lots of milk you name it I have done it. I know there is a lot to know when it comes to working out and I try to take it serious. I think I have a real high metabolism and will prob always be the skinny guy. I'll show you pics for my height and size I have huge arms and pretty good size shoulders. You guys are the experts I appreciate any feedback. Thanks guys

    please list your diet in detail, there are many people much older than you that have not reached their natural potential, age is only one of many factors.

    Age has nothing to do with it in your case. Were looking at your height to weight ratio. It's a bit off.

    What does your diet consist of? Types of protein, carbs, fats, how much of each macro are you getting in PD or PW? Don't include weight gainers or shakes.

    Its your diet that is the reason you are not gaining weight. when we say growing potential we dont mean size, we mean size. I would recommend posting your current diet in the diet section for critique

    yea 185 is really light for your height, would love to know more about your diet and training.

    I guess as far as a diet goes im not really consistent on what I eat. There have been 6 month periods where I have been and still not much change other than feeling bloated all the time. This is what I was doing at one time

    6-8 hard boiled eggs in the morning
    2 hrs later protein shake/gainer I believe it was around 1200 calories 54 grams protein
    snack like a apple or banana in between

    Lunch
    I made up this concoction of rice with crushed up egg and threw on a little salsa for flavor and mixed it up. Eat until full

    snack

    Dinner is usually whatever

    Chicken, spaghetti, steak whatever the ol ladys is making

    I usually work out at night around 7:30 8:00 for around an hour
    come home

    do a protein shake with a snack like a fruit or something

    Yeah, that's why your not growing. You simply aren't eating enough.

    Skinless/bonless chicken breast, red meat, lean ground beef, skinless/bonless turkey breast, brown/white rice, legumes, vegetables, fish (salmon especially), oat bran, oat meal, sweet potatoes, flax, primrose, borage oil for fats, cottage cheese, ect ect.

    Variety is key in making your diet worth wild. Eat more often, set a goal for your macro's ect.

    eat eat eat! (and be consistent with it too!) personally I need atleast 4000cals a day to gain. Anything less than that I just maintain. Just start eating and log everything you eat.
    As hawaiianpride said "Eat more often, set a goal for your macro's ect." For macros I use 40/40/20 but everyone uses something a little different

    Just about what everyone else is saying...if your diet isn't right, steroids wont do you any good cause you'll lose all of your gains. Stick with test only for your first cycle. Learn about pct and get that in order before you begin.

    When you are ready, there are a couple sites online that sell syringes...but before you worry about that, worry about the rest first...it's a good thing you didn't let that jackass pin you tonight.

    at 6'5 185 I think of straight skin and bones but here I am. I think I have a decent base. What about just starting some test like some of you have recommended. A small dose of if just to see how my body reacts. I dont want to be a body builder I just want to have some meat on my bones

    Then it's really simple: you need to eat; you need to be in a caloric excess!

    Even if you took AAS at this point, you'd loose most of any gains you got, because you don't know how to eat.

    You should eat no less than 2.2 grams of protein per kilo of bodyweight.
    In the HawaiianPride`s post are listed the main sources for your protein intake - count only the protein that comes from meat,eggs, protein shakes.
    About the carbs - double the amount of protein you consume - 4.4 per bodyweight. Divide your daily consumption to at least 6 meals. Stop cardio.
    Steroids are out of place for at least 12 months here.

    What do you have, like a 28" waist? It looks like you workout your arms only for the most part, what about your legs and ass, chest, back and traps, neck? Do you want to grow your abs at all?

    Like everyone including myself stated before the photo, get a diet program together and start pounding down the foods. This method will bring more maintainable gains then a cycle will.

    You need to realize the amount of food you need to be consuming during your cycle and especially PCT is nowhere near what your consuming now. So it would be common sense to fathom the fact that you won't keep any gains you receive. It would be a complete waste you'd be better off mailing the cycle to me

    Yeah man I work out everything Chest,Back ,shoulders,Bis/tris, legs. I go to the gym 4 times a week I am not just doing arms.. I have abs but they are not ones I had to work hard to get. My arms have always been kinda big and then when I started working out they are the first thing that really took off. 28 size waist come on now 33x36.

    Obviously most of us are on here for a reason. People resort to steroids when they feel they have tried everything they can think of and still cant get results. I understand there is a lot more I need to research and try before getting into steroids. I have been tall and skinny my whole life. I think its more a genetic thing honestly. The guy I know that is taking stuff 22 years old 6'0 150lbs 6 months later 205 big and ripped. I know for a fact he dont eat right and he likes to party hard on the weekends. So I think it can go a lot of different ways. I guess the thing I feel I lack the most is knowledge. Which is what scares me the most. I wouldnt want to do anything that would harm myself in any way (health,sex,hair). So lets just say I took the test I got and I gained and lost it all right away. As long as I am healthy thats all that matters. So what I am out some money I got plenty of it

    Stay a member of the forum and read for a year before you do anything. In the mean time start eating more. When I started bodybuilding (not roids) I was 180lbs at 6'3 and I had to eat over 5000 calories a day to put on muscle. That was broken into 6 to 8 meals (including shakes) through out the day. I packed on 40 lbs in just a couple years. it was actually pretty easy once I started eating more. I had always been a skinny guy and just figured i was effed. I actually thought about roids before a buddy told me I just needed to eat more.

    Looking at your picture I can see that you have pleanty of room to grow even if you are a skinny dude naturally. Eat eat eat!

    unless you eat, taking AAS is going to do jack. You can just take AAS and become huge..you need to EAT!
