    Geeet pummmped

    im 230 with alot of fat i was normaly around the 200 range but i went up to 340 when i went to jail and since then ive had enough will to lost over 100 pounds in the past year n a half without takeing anything.... now i think im gonna order ez slim to lose some more weaight faster... ive lightley worked out in the past but i cant do more than 3 pushups and id like to be able to do about 100 at my weaight i wanna be ripped and muscular and i do do drugs so sugjesting me drugs wouldent bother me a bit.... but i wanna know whats gonna get me PUMPED UP the most to be able to go lift weaights for a few hours a day.... n if it gets me high thats a bonus (if it gets you high make sure to tell me ok buddies)

    ok man im trying to get info outa 2 forums n people just wanna be dumb like its not like i dont know ur alredy dumb ok so give up some info youve invested your life into and coff it out in small comprehendable chunks or yuhl all get stuck see

    This is a joke, right? I certainly hope so. Either that, or someone trolling...
    Although, if there's even a slight hint of this post being legit, then the original poster needs to just stick with diet and cardio, as previously mentioned.

    For the OP.. the advice you're getting here is diet and cardio and that's good advice.. the fact that you've made it clear that you're fat and can't do more than two pushups leads readers to the conclusion that you need lots of diet and cardio to make progress with your fitness goals. As for your question on what will get you pumped in the gym... try some consistency with eating right and working out regularly which can lead to motivation..naturally. There is plenty to read here so be smart and read before you start insulting respected members here.
