    First Timer...

    Hi, i've recently stumbled across some Test Cyp and Test 400 which i have been considering taking for a couple weeks now. I've been trying to do some research on a proper cycle such as what to do for PCT and all that but really have not got the answer i was looking for.

    Basically im curious what i need to take with the cyp followed by 400 to prevent gyno. Also what a proper PCT would look like and where i could be able to find these remaining drugs. I have been working out steady for about 2 years and have diet and routines all down pat. Just need a few answers on the steroids .

    The guy said to take 1 ml per 3 days for 10 weeks. Im not really sure why i have both cyp and 400, would there be a problem taking both? or should i focus solely on one?

    Need your stats first so we can help you... But u need to do a bit more research! There's heaps of good info in the stickies...

    Height: 5'10
    Weight: 175
    BF: Hasnt been tested in a while but id say around 11
    Diet: i have a pretty much set eating diet which is as follows

    9:00 am : morning 2 eggs and 1/4 cup egg white

    11:00 am : 1/4 cup cottage cheese + apple

    12:30-1 pm : GYM

    2:00 pm : sandwich

    4:00 pm Shake or handful almonds

    6:00pm : Chicken breast + 1 cup broccoli and assorted veggies or salad

    8:00pm : 1/4 cup cottage cheese or shake

    11:00pm bed

    EDIT: i more than often go to the gym twice a day. 1 cardio and 1 pump in the evening. All stuff is low fat, and i have a cheat meal once per week. I do supplement some other things into my diet like tuna and lean pork etc. but this is a basic run down.

    Your diet needs a bit of work, try heading over to the diet forum they will get u on the right track. Diet is VERY crucial to achieving your goals. Also most ppl here will say that u could stand to gain a bit more weight naturally before beginning a cycle... I would say do a bit more research get ur diet on track and gain a lil more then come back with more questions and a plan.

    agreed diet needs some work! What is your training history? IMO leave the t400 alone the reason i am saying that is because there is a good chance you might not tolerate that concentration and if you dont you will have to trash it or cut it,the t400 will be a mix of test and you dont need that for first cycle anyway.

    That diet is terrible for gaining muscle.

    Head to the diet forum, and get that straightened out before you start a cycle.

    You'll be shocked at the results you can achieve with a solid diet, trust me.
