    Inject 1000mcg of B12 and 50mg of B6 daily. Your sperm count should double or triple, maybe more after a month or so. Also, 5 days out I have been told by a fertility dr. is the optimum for shooting max sperm load although I have done better at 1 1/2 weeks.

    Look up those 2 vitamins re: google them and sperm count and you should have no prob getting links that confirm increased sperm count. With Vit B6 you don't want to take large doses long term. You can take these in pill form but keep in mind your liver will eat like 2/3 of the vitamin's strength.

    oysters-"zinc",celery,nuts,pineapple,egg whits stretching healthy diet all helps the boys downstairs

    no soda lots of water especially before you do the deed.

    yes no soda more water fruits veggies sleep stretching . o yea and don't think about it get your self distracted. then after 3-5 days youll be good lots of water

    What is sperm volume? There are sperm and there is the stuff that sperm is carried in that is part of your load but not sperm. If he wants to increase the non sperm part of his load that has nothing to do with 'sperm volume', whatever that means (if not the number of sperm, i.e. sperm count).

    Or maybe he's trying to make each individual sperm more fat? lol
