    Test E with?

    What would be some good compounds to run with Test E? Ran 1 previous cycle 2 1/2 years ago of Test E, Deca, Drol. Great Results, went from 200lbs to around 226lbs, got strong as hell, max bench went from 225 to 305, went from shoulder pressing 60x10 to 85x10. It was all around a great cycle but obviously with those 3 compounds I balloon'd in weight and BF. With this fall cycle I am considering my goals are to put on some quality lean size, but would def like to have similar strength gains and add some size to arms and chest. I had a lot more time previously to scour the net and research for hours on end during work and such, not as much time now working and married. Still looking to do this right but simply asking to be pointed in the right direction as to what compounds to consider with a test e cycle for my goals. Will then take recommendations and do some research from there with proper cycle and pct. Thanks for the help, Stats and such are below.

    Stats:
    Age - 25
    6,0" - 195lbs, aprox 14% BF
    Gym 4-5 Days/Week
    Chest-46"
    Arms-16"
    Waist-36"

    Routine:
    Mon-Chest (Dumbells, Barbell, Flys, Cables, Etc)
    Tue-Back and Legs (DeadLifts, Rows, Lats, Hams, Quads, Squats, Calf Etc)
    Wed-Shoulders (Press, Shrugs, Etc)
    Thur-Bicep and Tricep
    Friday-Off
    Sat- Usually hit whatever I didnt hit hard enough during the week, mix up.
    Sun-Off

    Estimate Max's:
    Bench-270
    Squat-275
    DeadLift-335
    Flat Dumbell Press-100x10
    Incline Dumbell Press-85x10
    Shoulder Dumbell Press-75x10

    Var or Winny as bridge into PCT from weeks 10-14 as an example if you ran the test for 12 weeks. Pretty standard from what I've gauged in researching my current cycle. I'd look to get leaner (around 10%) first man. Is your diet in-check?

    Pretty stacked first cycle there.

    Test w/ a kick start will be fine. This being your second cycle you don't need a barrage of compounds like the first.

    Since your goal is to achieve leaner results, consider Var, Win, or Tbol as suggested above me, AFTER you bring that BF down a bit. These lean orals work best at lower body fat. Keep an AI on hand to combat bloat/estro.

    You can gain AND lean out on test if diet and dedication are on point. Just saying........

    Thanks for the suggestions so far guys...I agree I need to be leaner before starting and diet will def need to be pin point.....10% would be great. I hold my BF around my midsection, shoulders and chest, legs have low BF, def will be leaning out before starting. Again this is like Nov 1 I'm planning for, I know the process with obtaining and geting everything together so I am doing my research and planning early, plenty of time to lean down. Agree with everything stated so far, I'v done some research on the dbol kickstart, test and winny to end cycle in to pct so I may consider that route.
