    first cycle help needed (NOOB)

    so i want to start my first cycle and want to know some stuff about it
    the cycle is

    week DIANABOL 10mg NOLVADEX 10mg CLOMID 50mg

    1 3tabs
    2 3tabs
    3 4tabs 1tab
    4 4tabs 1tab
    5 4tabs 1tab
    6 3tabs 1tab
    7 1tab
    8 1tab


    147 tabs Dianabol (150 tabs)
    28 tabs Nolvadex (30 tabs)
    14 tabs Clomid (30 tabs)

    hieght=5,9
    whieght=10stone
    age=20

    ok so here are my q,s now im i ment to take these every day? if so does that meen i need to work out every day? i work 8 till 6 so do i take a tab in morning then lunch and then at dinner time?

    plus what would the average wieght gain be or this there not an avrage amount and it all depends on the pearson i would like to be 12 by jan? is that possible

    plzz remember im new to all thx in advance

    You are too young and your proposed cycle looks awful. Hit up the stickies and come back in a few years when you are steroid ready.

    Thats a terrible cycle plan, you need to spend time researching aas to have a clear understanding of what they do..

    Your to young and risk causing yourself long term damage..

    You first need to learn how to eat, 10st at 5'9 is under weight, being polite...

    thats wat i think too but i have been to the doctors and they say yea yea your fine and i know it aint !!!! it really feels shit at the wieght im at i hate it im consuming just on 3000 calrioes a day and not gaining i tryed the weight gainers aswell and bin on and of the the gym the only diffrents i notice is the def of my muscles i wanna gain size??

    As stated earlier, you need to re-evaluate your diet plan and learn how to eat properly. It's that simple. Drugs aren't the answer in your scenario. Good luck.

    This. Head on over to the diet section and get that sorted out because you can make steroid-like gains at your age/stats with diet alone. Then, research a better cycle for when you're ready.

    just out of concern my work hours are they going to be a big issue for me gaining? mon-fri i wake up at 6 and get home at 7

    Prepare food in tupper ware the night before, along with a couple shakes. Not sure exactly what kind of employment your in, but if you can get away with getting some kind of meal in every 3 hours you'll be g2g.

    im gonna give it my all to do it with out but the amount of times i tryed and failed you must see where im coming from it seems the only way there is steriods

    ok yea its very easy going where i work so fitting in a meal should be ok but it needs to be all cold and packed so i can just eat it there and then thx for your advice

    Your to young for steroids, they can cause your more harm than good at your age, sort your diet out and do alot more research over the next 4 yrs, best of luck

    Ivan, I know exactly what site you're looking at and when I first thought of the idea of doing steroids I was thinking of doing the exact same thing. I'm glad that before jumping into anything I started spending hours a day on here researching everything and found out that the proposed cycle was not a good one. I then found the diet section and completely altered the way that I eat and have seen a noticeable change in just a few weeks.

    I recommend you do the same and spend as much time on here as possible, especially figuring out a good diet plan, and then start researching all the different types steroids and reading their profiles before just jumping into anything blindly (which too many people do).

    I know I'm a new member and don't have any experience with cycle usage, but the above is just my thoughts.

    thx for the advice dan well i just bin doing some research and my head is spinning soo much info on diet and workout plan ???? is there some where i could get linked to wat tells me just what to eat and what exercises to do ?
