You can get an infection. Use new needles everytime bro (if you can).
Some will tell you to boil it before you re-use it but i dont think they get really clean.

Just a side note, you should always have everything you need before you start a cycle.

It is perfectly legal to buy needles so giving a site is not source posting. Thats like saying www.gnc.com is source posting. That just makes no cents. I'm not trying to disrespect a senior member but thats my two cents.

Prior to getting good prices on the Internet - I just went to a local pharmacy. On my first adventure I was told that they had a "company policy" that all pin sales must be done via a script - so I asked which pharmacies in town did not have that policy, and she told me. So I went there and got 50 brand squeeky new pins for like 10 bucks.
When it comes down to it... with the spread of terminal diseases like HIV and AIDS - you "should" find getting clean new pins to be easy.
But NO, never use a syringe twice. The biggest reasons - it is totally unsterile and completely unnecessary considering how cheap they are. Unless you want to go to the doctors and explain an infection - which could put a bad stain on your medical records about AAS, go buy some new pins!
