    What to take

    I read up on the steroid profiles and tried my best to understand everything. There is alot of choices out there. I'm looking to gain 50 pounds and I know its not going to happen all in one cycle. It'll take a few to get that I'm sure. Any suggestions on what I should take?

    1 guess, YOU NEED TO EAT... Im sure everyone else will follow this up with you, might as well leave your stats for everyone to read.

    Age
    Hieght
    Weight
    Body Fat
    Years Training
    Cycle experience

    Might as well throw up your current diet too (in detail)

    Height- 5'8
    Weight-148
    BFP- 14%
    2 Years Training
    Done prohormones in the past.

    As far as my diet goes, I take in a shitload of carbs allllll day. I eat like 3-4 big meals and 1-2 small meals day.
    Didn't go into too much detail on what I eat because it varies every day. As far as protein goes, I take Up Your Mass and I mix it with 16 oz of whole milk twice a day.

    No one will offer you advice as far as gear at your age.
    But at 148 5'8 I know you can put on 50 lbs naturally.. I did it. I went from 145 to 195 naturally with a consistant diet [im 5'5, 23 yrs old] , and dedication to the steel. Alot Deadlifts and Squats nd compound movements ..

    Agree with 007. Diet and training. Its too soon to start messing with gear. You need a few more years under your belt first. Stick around though because when it's time, you'll have a lot more knowledge when you start.
