DAY 42 Soooo Tired
After a long period of trt and having blood work done I blasted up to 100 prop eod, 200 mg EQ eod and kept my original 125mg test e weekly and 3-5 iu's hgh daily. In the first 3-4 weeks I was doing great, felt much stronger with the prop and life was great, the last couple of weeks....... I am sucking wind bad! I get outta bed take some caffeine pills, drink coffee, hit the cardio and sauna and I'm ready for a nap. I usually can't take a nap then so I power through a few more hours, nap in the afternoon and basically drag my ass around until 9 or 10 when I go to bed, funny thing is sometimes I finally get to bed and then can't sleep. I'm not sure if hgh is messing with me or low estrogen?

Yes forgot to add that Im taking 50 mcg t-4 in the morning also. I've taken hgh since 2002. Timing of starting a new batch of hgh (I did bw to assure quality) and my lethargy, aches and pains are similar, maybe my previous hgh wasn't as pure? Still I'm not doing that much.

Insomnia
Anabolic /androgenic steroid use may be associated with insomnia. This adverse reaction appears to be related to an imbalance of hormone levels, and has been noticed during both excess and insufficient hormonal states. For example, insomnia is a common complaint among men suffering from low androgen levels (hypogonadism).254 It is also frequently reported by steroid abusers during the post-cycle refractory period, when endogenous androgen levels are also low due to steroid-induced suppression.255 At the same time, this side effect is also seen during active AAS administration,256 when androgen levels are very high. The full etiology of steroid-related insomnia is not fully understood, although increased cortisol or diminished estrogen is commonly blamed.257 258 Given the complex interactions between sex steroids and the human psyche, it is difficult to predict how and when this adverse reaction will appear. While insomnia may be frequently reported among steroid users, this side effect rarely reaches a clinically significant level.

Thank you, but I would gladly take some insomnia over the shitty way I feel all day, I feel like every morning my ankles, knees, arms, shoulders and hands got hit with bats, It takes me 20 minutes to get out of bed, Im 48 but feel like 88. I did stop hgh last night and I woke up more lively this morning.

After not taking hgh last night and doing morning cardio, but skipping afternoon workout I feel much better. My body is definetely talking to me. Also I think my current hgh is the strongest I've had in a long time, I'm going to drop the iu's and slowly work my way up again. Live and learn!

I know it seems simple, but caffiene pills do this to me after long term. You build up tolerance to them and then you need more else you crash.
Either cut the caff and live through it or up the caff to get through your cycle.
