starting my first cycle this winter and Im just getting all my gear ready and such. How did you guys do your first injection? Im not scared of needles but just asking for some advice on first pin. Ive read some like freezing the needle. Any advice about how you mentally prepare or did you guys have somebody else do your first? Yes a newb. So go easy.

freezing the needle? never heard of such a thing. just psyche yourself up, after the first pin you will realize it's not that bad.

let me tell ya mate. when i was a pup, I joined the army and was going through a line to get all my immunizations. Ever try a needless injection? Sounds like fun, right? Until you realize they are hitting you with pneumatics at 1200psi in the shoulders about a half a dozen times, then it's in the snow doing pushups.
Either do it right, or turn in your man card!
