12pm Snacks: apple, salad, cookies Cut out the cookies, replace with a solid meal if you can. Tuna w/ rice, apple, salad for example.
lunch: about 1.5lbs of chicken, vegetables Looks good, although I'd find a real source of carbs and make this a complete meal.
About 4pm: mashed potatoes, cookies, white bread with mayo or peanut butter on it. Again, cut out your snake intake. And I see hardly any protein here. Perhaps lean ground beef or whole grain pasta. If you want bread stick with something like ezekiel.
Pre workout: banana protien shake with 1 banana, almonds. With this shake, I'd blend in some grinded oats and perhaps throw some berries in there.
Post workout: protien shake I'd move the banana's from pre WO to right here. Again, I'd blend in some oats with the shake. Then 45-60 minute from this PWO meal, slam down another meal. You can come up with something.
Dinner: chicken or beef, vegetables Looks good although I see no carbs or fats. Fix that!
Before bed: 1 glass of milk, and slow digesting carbs such as brown bread with peanut butter or mayo on it. This looks alright. Do some cottage cheese to compliment the fats from your PB. Or invest in a Casein shake if you can't stomach it.
So guys this is my routine, ive seen decent results, gain in power and size. But im not growing further. I try to stick with this routine, but im still small. i know my lifestyle is healthy and my workouts are intense. But I want to take myself to a next level. Im still the shortest and smallest guy. I dont wonna wait for 1 or 2 years to get huge, i wonna be huge now, I have broad knowledge about diet and workout, infact people watch me workout. but i cant just waste my time working out and getting little gains. thats why i was thinking since im ready, I should take 1 cycle of anabol + stanozolol or something you guys suggest
