None. You have plenty of room to put some meat on your bones naturally. Head to the nutrition section, post your diet and let people critique it.
Welcome to the boards.

Steriods arn't a wonder drug! There not going to work if all the other things arn't figured out first! So take the advice and head over to the diet forum...
Welcome

ya but you know you could mess yourself up for life if you jump into to early when you could still grow naturally, thats why everyone is probably gonna recommend to train naturally for a while longer and get your diet in check imo

i think 1 cycle of anabol and stanozolol would put me in a good routine and give me jump start. rightnow im extremely skinny fat. have no muscles at all and if i just eat proper food and workout, it would probably take me 2-3 years to reach my goal, i dont want to start taking cycles after cycles. i just want to take 1 cycle so i can actually start.

Your lack of diet will show in your cycle. What little gains you make will diminish once the ester has left your body, simply because your not putting enough food in your body to hold onto whatever muscle you pack on.
No one here is going to give you cycle advise. So your best bet is to address your diet, and gain a little more then 1 years experience in the gym. There are plenty of people here willing to help you out, including myself. If not, then your simply wasting your time here.

It might put you in a good routine, but if you get off the gear are you gonna stay on that good routine? The only way to see if you are dedicated enough to use gear is to workout naturally, Im 21 5 8 and 200lbs at 16% bodyfat gear free(currently cutting), I have bad genetics and I just bust my ass. Might I cycle in the future, maybe but being healthy and jacked is a lifestyle not some one stop shop. Head over to the diet section and read up and then read up on workouts and meal planning and then read more. Apply the knowledge you have learned and you will be happier in the end. Most people don't look fit for a reason, and that reason is that is takes sacrifices.

ok Here is my routine;
9:30 am Protien shake, 1 egg
Breakfast: 2 pancakes, protien shake, 2 eggs, flavoured yogurt
12pm Snacks: apple, salad, cookies
lunch: about 1.5lbs of chicken, vegetables
About 4pm: mashed potatoes, cookies, white bread with mayo or peanut butter on it.
Pre workout: banana protien shake with 1 banana, almonds.
Post workout: protien shake
Dinner: chicken or beef, vegetables
Before bed: 1 glass of milk, and slow digesting carbs such as brown bread with peanut butter or mayo on it.
So guys this is my routine, ive seen decent results, gain in power and size. But im not growing further. I try to stick with this routine, but im still small. i know my lifestyle is healthy and my workouts are intense. But I want to take myself to a next level. Im still the shortest and smallest guy. I dont wonna wait for 1 or 2 years to get huge, i wonna be huge now, I have broad knowledge about diet and workout, infact people watch me workout. but i cant just waste my time working out and getting little gains. thats why i was thinking since im ready, I should take 1 cycle of anabol + stanozolol or something you guys suggest

you need to correct your diet, it's awful, and likely need to correct your training. you didn't get in your current condition overnight, and it won't be a fast process to get into shape.
head to the diet section and list your entire diet for critique, then head to the workout section and do the same.

Yeah man I did the same thing you are doing I came to this forum 3 years ago and had a shitty natural base and was too young. I am glad I listen to the vets and waited 3 years to put on a solid base. I'm telling you if you fixed your diet and fix your workout program ( I am a fan of MAX-OT if you are natural) you can get great gains without gear and then when you have peaked in a couple of years you can take gear and it will be easier to keep your gains.

There's a few quick ideas I came up with in the bold. It's nothing special but it's a small start. There is something you have to understand about bodybuilding. This whole process of transforming the human anatomy doesn't happen overnight. It doesn't happen in a week, or a month, or even years for some people. When I think of bodybuilding, I think of patience, desire, dedication, and determination. Patience is the biggest virtue in this sport. If you lack patience, you won't get very far. Simple as that. You need to get out of the "I want it now" era and face reality. There is no Steroid that will transform the way you look in the time frame you desire. You said you have a broad knowledge about diet and training. I don't mean to be a prick, but if you did, you'd realize what were all trying to tell you here, and you sure as hell wouldn't be stuck at 150lbs, making a thread on which Steroids you think we should tell you to do. Shit if we could all have our dream bodies in a matter of months, there would be no more obese people in the world, now that's a fact, ha.
Worry about yourself, don't worry about how big everyone else is in the gym. Your main priority should be you and only you. Having concerns for others when your concerns should be with yourself will only slow you down.

bro i dont know how old you are but im 23 years old i think my growth has stopped, im 5 7 and i know i wont grow any longer, so im not worried about my growth plates though, and yes im feeling like a noob rightnow because other people have soo much information but people are telling me to look after my diet, i know my diet is good, different people adapt to different diets, im not white or black, Im brown and we have a different food, the diet i just posted doesnt reflect my everydays diet, sometimes i take more protiens, sometimes i take less, but im adapted to it and it works fine with my body, but i want to know something else.

Your GP is probably done growing, sure. That's not an indication that you can't put on any more muscle naturally though. Straight up, if your diet was "good", then we wouldn't be sitting here having this discussion. Your diet is only good enough to maintain a 150lb frame. If you want to throw on another 40lbs, then you must be expected to eat like a 190lb man.

your diet is horrible. And apparently its not working for you. Your not happy with your growth and your own word are your skinny fat. So you proved yourself your diet sucks.
If your diet sucks steriods will do very little. And once you stop the steriods you will loose anything you may gain
