is gyno treatment working?

hi there

have a case of gyno here. puffy left nipple and small lump under right nipple.

started treating it last week of 40mg nolva a day which i am still taking. the lump in the right nipple has gone. now both nipples are puffy looking without any lumps.

will this puffiness decrease if i continue the nolva? or are there any other reasons for this? could it be excess water or just fat as opposed to gyno?

Im not sure and im no expert but i would say keep taking the nolva and slowly lower your dosage as you get better thats what i have done and its worked for me..
