    Question Want to make sure I'm on the right track.

    I have been working out for two years solid. I am 36 years old. I weigh 225 pounds and am 5'11" tall. I played football when I was younger (linebacker) and am familiar with working out.

    Around 6 months ago I decided to go to an HRT doctor. He tested my blood and sure enough my test levels were extremely low. So, I started HRT therapy but he was only giving me .5 cc's of cyp per week. I tried that for about 3 months but that didn't seem like enough to do anything so I looked online and found this website. I contacted a different HRT specialist and now I have plenty of test etc.. and need some advice on how to best attain my goals. I have been training like crazy. My goals are to grow as HUGE as possible as quickly as possible.


    Okay, here's where I am at. I have test cyp, test prop, and test suspension (all injectable form) as well as the estrogen blocker (anastrozole). I've read up on lots of material on the forums on steroid.com. The more I read, the more confused I become. I'm a good 4 weeks into a 12 week cycle. I started with cyp 3cc's a week. Then the second week added the prop at 3cc's a week spread out over two 1.5cc shots which I mix with B-12. I've been eating lots of protein (red meat, eggs, etc...). I've been working out four times a week. Chest-tri (sun), bicep-shoulders (mon), back (wed), legs (fri). I have noticed my muscles are harder and a little bit bigger. My chest is still kinda soft so I've been doing more reps to try to tone it. My bench press has gone up to 315 from 225 over the past 8 weeks. I am cool for now with the 315 mark. I just want to bulk up.

    I do have a little bit more money that I plan on spending on protein powder and a good multi-vitamin.

    Am I on the right track?
    Any suggestions?
    Am I doing anything wrong?
    My goals are to grow as HUGE as possible as quickly as possible.

    I've done lots of research but nothing compares to actual experience so I am counting on my fellow BB's to help me out. Thanks in advance for any help given. - James

    What's you diet like? What's your training program like? You can take all the steroids in the world, but if either of those two aren't up to par you'll never achieve the potential of gains that you could with proper diet and training and no steroids.

    Your split looks good, but you might want to throw in some low back stuff with legs. I like to train back twice a week. One day on upper and mid, and the other on low. But give me some specifics. How many exercises for each, how many reps, what weight, etc.

    Same for diet. How often do you eat? What do you eat? Supplements?

    Be careful of growing too big too fast. Your still fairly young, so you should have good recovery, but if you get stronger than you've ever been later in life you may also end up with problems you never had. I've done everything naturally and still ended up with tendonitis in my elbow and wrist. This year I got two reps of 320 on bench and 4 reps of 300, but the tendonitis also came with it. The elbow is resolved, but the wrist is still giving me problems. The elbow took 5 months to get better. I'm hoping the wrist gets better more quickly. I'm actually considering running Anavar to help get it better faster.

    You'll be better off with test than with some of the others like winny, which are linked to joint problems a lot.

    1. I am eating 6 small meals a day. Each consisting of primarily protein with a small amount of carbs in each (1/4 cup rice and steam vegetables).

    2. I have a really slow metabolism.

    3. Supplements? Which ones do you recommend?

    4. Training. I am following a routine similar to Ronnie's.

    You must not have read the whole post. Who can blame you? It was entirely too long. If you had read it fully you would've noticed that I am a real estate agent who wants to be a cop. I went thru the local police academy but was not hired because there were better candidates who had a degree and were in crazy good shape. So, my goals are to obtain my AS degree which I will have by the end of the year and to bulk up and get in crazy good shape by then as well. Come January 2011 I will be re-applying and will hopefully get a job as a police officer then. I also left out the fact that my wife left me and our 3 kids a couple of weeks ago, and I took off the part about not flaming me. Satisfied? Probably not but it doesn't matter. I am only seeking advice to see if what I am doing is correct. If it makes you feel better you can ask Chip about me. He knows my whole situation. Everything I am doing is 100% legal or I wouldn't be doing it. Period. That might not be the case for you, thus the paranoia. :]

    The 1 - 10 for the Cyp does that mean weeks 1-10? I'm pretty sure it does but just wanted to make sure.

    just looking after the state side users, they tend not to respond much to cops/trainee cops for obvious reasons

    I understand. Here's the thing, Ronnie Coleman is a cop. :]

    The thing is, if you have your bloodwork and a script then you are fine. You are not breaking any laws.
