I am a novice and was told by my supplier that this was a good way to start. Additional information is I am 5'9 and weigh in at 185 bf 10%, I have been working out for over ten years and have taken taken a cycle of just test in the past. I usually do cardio three time a week at an hour to an hour and a half which consist of mountain bike riding or riding on the street. I lift 4 times a week on M/T/W/F. I rarely drink and maintain a pretty strict diet. My PCT is NOVA/Clomid mix. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated especially on dosage and length of the cycle. Thanks for the help
