    New cycle questions

    Hi I am going to start taking Tren /Deca next week this is my plan
    75MG Tren every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
    250MG Deca every Tuesday and Thursday
    I am a novice and was told by my supplier that this was a good way to start. Additional information is I am 5'9 and weigh in at 185 bf 10%, I have been working out for over ten years and have taken taken a cycle of just test in the past. I usually do cardio three time a week at an hour to an hour and a half which consist of mountain bike riding or riding on the street. I lift 4 times a week on M/T/W/F. I rarely drink and maintain a pretty strict diet. My PCT is NOVA/Clomid mix. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated especially on dosage and length of the cycle. Thanks for the help

    terrible idea, read all the beginner stuff at top of page and get back to us, your supplier is full of it.

    Your supplier is clueless.
    How old are you?
    At 5'9, you can put on more weight naturally.
    With 1 cycle under your belt, you aren't ready for compounds as harsh as Tren.

    As stated in this thread already, get an idea of what a real cycle should look like. Become familiar with what compounds work best together, what compounds should be ran for a beginner, ect ect.

    I am 27. The guy I got it from said that this would make me shredded and put on a little more weight. I am looking more to get ripped and not that much bigger, maybe like 10-15lbs which he said this would do it. Was I misinformed? I am freaking out now. Is the dosage wrong or just the wrong cycle all together. I have been steroid free for about two years when I got my first cycle and kept all the weight and some from my first experience but am having a hard time gaining any strength or muscle lately. What do I do? Should I just save this stuff for a later date and run straight test again? Again thanks for the help.

    you need test as a base, also tren and deca arent advised together, more for the very experienced. that tren dose would be far too low aswell. my advice would be a simple test only for 12wks. tren or deca without test will shut you down hard

    Test only. Kick start is optional. Toss the 19nors aside until you are ready.

    Thanks guys. Could one of post a link to good tren info that I could read. I've read some other threads that say it's for advanced users but not much info as to why, how or when to use it or what to use it with? My gear doesnt expire till 2013 so I have time. Just want to be more informed the next time I decide to take it.
