    work out after injection

    is it ok to workout right after injecting testosterone . i herd it wasnt a good idea why?

    Who ever you heard that from is wrong. You can pin pre WO, post WO, doesn't matter. I tend to pin the muscle I'm usually training the day of to help disperse the oil easier, avoiding lumps, ect.

    I have never heard that personally. I usually inject and workout about an hour later
