    another clen question!

    i did search first but couldn't find the answer i was looking for.

    my question is, is it ok to do 2 weeks of clen starting the day after your last shot of test enth. so it finishes before pct?

    i would be eating the same if not more, and still limiting my cardio to 2X30mins/week.

    im not looking to cut fat just to harden up my muscles and maybe look a little leaner.

    then when i start my pct ill have 2 weeks to get used to that, then i can start clen again for the last two weeks (if im struggling on pct)

    as long as i continue the same diet and training as on cycle i shouldn't lose to much muscle from the clen or will I???

    any advice is appreciated thanks!

    Clen protocol doesn't take nearly as much gray matter as you're putting into it. It can be safely run prior, during, post, and between cycles without hindrance, and is best run continuously for its cumulative effect. You might want to re-read the Clen profile and/or supportive literature.

    thats what i thought thanks for the help.
    and yeah ive read all the info on clen in the sticky a few times and would love to run it more then 2 weeks but i cant get my hands on any ketotifen. i barely got clen in i think (im from australia)

    clen can make u loose muscle mass if u r not eating enough protein, clen not only burns fat but also protein however it can eat muscle, this is y u shouldnt do clen unless u r using a steroid unless u dont mind looseing a lil mass and just trying to lean up

    Can you elaborate on why it is better to run continuously. I'm not disagreeing with you or anything, I've just read it's better to run it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off so you don't become "immune" to it so to say.

    So if one were to run it with pct they run the risk of losing their gains??

    I was going to run clen during my off time to get shredded up before my next cycle, but if I run the risk of losing a bunch of muscle I won't.

    I heard it has anti-catabolic effects, so I can't see it being to muscle diminishing.

    You take Clen for only 2 weeks on, followed by 2 weeks off to help your heart. Clen is tough on your heart, it makes it pump faster, and harder increasing blood pressure. Long term use of clen continuously may cause heart muscle wall thickening, and valve problems, and kidney probs.

    To be safe, stick to the 2 on/2 off rule. Stay away from carbs, fats and sugars while taking clen to get the most out of its cutting effect. Increase protein intake to counter the loss of calories from the non carb diet.

    I like to supplement keto when taking clen , no need to do the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off anymore. but with clen its about personal preference, see what works best for you.
