    pct help

    starte pct wit clomid an nolvadex. First week off already noticing loss in strenght. I was sure it would happen but this early? I already wanna keep the cycle going lol

    So is it common to lose strenthg that fast. Work out an diet haven't changed

    Was on test e 500 a week. Like I couldn't finish some of my last reps

    my experience with test e is that it takes longer to clear my system and my gains did not disappear in one week. This has just been my experience.

    Did you just say that your cycle was TEST E for 1 week in this post???? If so that makes absolutely no sense.

    Also you are doing your PCT wrong. please tell me your full cycle and your PCT as you have it planned.

    Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
    Clmid 100/50/50/50. For pct

    Yea I heard 2 weeks also but I wanted to do it sonner coz I felt weaker already lol

    You should have waited 14 days to start PCT

    And also i know a lot of people on here like

    Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Chlom 100/100/50/50

    But you should read more in the pct section there is great stuff in there from swifto and many others.

    Like i said it takes 14 days for the ester to clear so losing your gains in one week seems strange to me....but all you can do is keep eating and try to work out harder through your PCT. It will be difficult but if you want to maintain gains then you will need to.

    What did your gains look like?

    No I haven't started,wanted too earlier coz I notived the difference so early. But ill use ur pct next week. My diet ain't really great. Fast metabolism so I basically eat what ever I get myy hands on. Eat for like 3 ppl. Ppl always ask how I don't gain weight eating the way I do. I mean its healthy like I don't do fast foods and junk. Lots of meat fish rice. Gained a good 15lbs. Strength went up a lot. Just couldn get my last reps in. Then again I work overnights an the only time I go to is after work in the am/

    Sorry misread your post on the test e....i see you were doing 500 a week....how long etc.

    I would still like to look at the cycle and the PCT. You normally would not start PCT until 14 days after last pin on a test E cycle.

    you should post up your stats....age...weight...etc...i am interested.

    did you take on much water?

    My last cycle i gained 30lbs but after pct was left with a trimmed down and solid 17.
    You will definately lose more water weight through your pct. Dont be frustrated....just eat and work your way through it.

    Damn 30lbs??? I must be doin somethin wrong... what was ur cycle an diet like. I only gained close to 15. But I think mostly water.

    About 180
    I was on a 12 week Test E cycle 250 Every 3 days
    and also HGH 3.3 IU's every day

    My diet (this is not complete as am way too tired to right now to type out all the macros)

    Meal 1- 3 cups raw oats, 3 raw eggs, 2 scoops protein powder, banana and cup of milk and all my vitamins (c, b5, glucosamin, chondroiton, fish oil, milk thistle, ) this was my largest meal i think about 1200 cals (without adding it up right now)

    Meal 2- pasta, chicken, veggies, or salmon, pasta, vegies

    Meal 3- same as above

    work out within 1 hour of above meal

    Meal 4 - shake pwo

    Meal 5- (within 1 hour of my work out usually) steak either elk or beef or chicken, potatoes, veggies,

    Meal 6- Shake before bed, maybe some natty peanut butter....sometimes yogurt with grapenuts....(probably not the best thing before bed...but i'd keep the shake)

    I worked out 6 days a week for 45 minutes a day until about week 6 when my energy got so high i went 1.5 hours.....kinda burned out at end of cycle though....and went to EOD on the workouts....i realized how important the rest is.....

    Im 5-6 ( always say 5-7 cuz im 5-6-3/4 hahaha) was boxing at 125 lbs....i ate my way to 140 and cycled .....went to 177 in 12 weeks....and then shed the water.....i am planning and hoping to hit 190 my next cycle and hold on to 175.....

    I did 500 a week on test but that's it. Only 10 weeks... wish I could get hgh. Ur diet puts mine to shame
