my friend wants to go from a 4 week PH cycle and then the next day start an 8 week 20mg ed anavar cycle? i myself will be doing the same exact anavar cycle but without doing any PH's beforehand. or is there a better way to do what my friend is trying to accomplish which apparently is 2 cycles made into one?

im 26 i weigh rougly 145, thats because im 5'3 >.< bodyfat 9% been training for 5 years, i've done 2 PH cycles previous to this, the first being steelcrushers, 60mg ED for 4 weeks and only used novedex xt as my pct. Second cycle was incredible bulk, also 60mg ED for 4 weeks, used nolvadex for pct. this would be my first oral roid and i was going to use Clomid for this cycles PCT, but not sure on what the dosing should be for that, and if var at 20mg ED for 8 weeks wont yield good results what do you recomend?

I generally don't agree with under 60mg/ed of Var and personally wouldn't go under 80mg/ed but in your case, you are on a smaller frame 50 to 60mg/ed might be a good starting point for your first cycle.

I run clomid and nolva for PCT with Var only cycles but I am on the cautious side. You can get away with Nolva at 40/40/20/20 or add clomid at 50/50/50/50 to be safe
