Attempt at planing cycle
Okay then I have never planned a cycle last one was trial and error and don't fancy that again been Reading much as I can tried posting a couple o things but think I was asking wrong stuff so please all look at this and if wrong point me in right direction thanks.....
Week 1-3 oxydrol 50 mg/ 2 shots a week sust 1 ml
week1-12 2 shots a week sust 1 ml
pct this were I get confused am going to use tamoxifen 20 mg just not sur how how long thanks all any help/pointers welcome
diet is fair to good
Stats
height 6ft5
weight16 stone
bf think was about 17-19%

body fat a little HIGH...
sust 1 ml?? whats the mg?
pct 2 weeks after last shot do 40/20/20/20 nolvdex
diet is fair to good?? umm hit like 400+ grams of protien and lots of carbs to :-)

They are 250 mg and am having 3 whey shakes a day plus my food

Do u mean take 2 weeks after the last pin or for 2 weeks?

try to get your diet together before you start gear... DIET is the key to everything... whats your diet consist of besides 3 whey shakes? how much food? how often do you eat? how much protien a day? how many carbs? how's your work out? there are lots of factors...
yes you get big for like 15 weeks.. but are you getting the FULL potiential? or you just wasting gear? then after 15 weeks.. if your diet isnt right.. your just gonna go back to what you were...

No drol for just a kick start for first 2-3 weeks cut a pill into4 and take every 4 th hour that is what I was told

ok, so you're saying
drol 50mg/day week 1-3
sust 500mg/week 1-12
it's so much easier to understand that way lol

I may sound dumb but was told so many wrong things before by a so called friend and don't want to get this one wrong. So once done cycle 18 days later take my pct like the guy above said?

Can I get both them from ar-r and what's the best way to bring that bf down diet or more cardio or both?

yes you can get the pct chems from arr, both start 18 days after last pin
diet and cardio to cut

One last question in your opnion is this mild coarse? And how long do u run a pct just for the amounts stated so would 4/5 days?

no it's not mild.
when you see a pct listed like
clomid 100/50/50/50
it means for the first week of pct, clomid would be used at 100mg per day, every day, then for weeks 2, 3, and 4 of pct clomid would be used at 50mg per day, every day
etc for the nolva

To be honest I dont think it sounds like you are ready to cycle.
I think you should get over to the diet and training forum for now.
Im actually shocked that big is actually trying to help you plan this cycle.

Don't think my diet is terrible started traing bout 3 years ago seriously at 10 St and now 16st with only one half hearted cycle to my name yeah bf is a touch high but I can fix that no probs

kool kool, sound like u have made good progress,
I would always reccomend anyone to get in the diet forum, there is always room for improvement
there are some good guys in the diet forum that will help you to refine your diet.
If you post up your diet now I will run through it for you, i reccomend dropping some BF tho ATM
