    First cycle- dianabol and sustanon

    Hey everyone I weigh 135lbs and am 5,8(68inches) my goal is to get to 170-180lbs over about 6 months. I have done a lot of research on different types of compounds and find that dianabol and sustanon works best for what I'm trying to do, also a couple friends have good words for these so I'm kind of going off what they say And my own research.

    My dosage is going to be 15mg of dianabol every 3 days and 500mg of dust once a week. I am taking dianabol tablets and injects on the sust. I hope this is enough info to get some feedback off of, I have read the forums guidelines and thanks again for any advice or critiques.

    Something I forgotto mention is that I want a steady growth(fast but smooth) however IDE like my first couple weeks to kinda have a jump start or big gain to get me going. Something I don't understand in my research is esters, something with low does is slow and strong and high dose is fast and long lasting.. LOL I know I messed that up so please help me to undertand how all that stuff and dosage goes also. Thanks again in advance

    Sorry forgot that part, I am 26, 27 in a couple months, I eat 3 regular meals a day( full means with good nutrition) haven't been a gym rat my whole life, kinda been out the past year. I workout everyday, including 5-6 mile runs 3 days a week. What do u mean by stats?

    you should fix your diet, it is drastically sub-par and steroids would be a waste at this point.

    How is my diet messed up? I eat 3 meals a day + small things in between and when I start my compounds I'm gonna kick back up on my 2 protien shakes again.

    This process doesn't have to be very complex I have many friends that are gym guru's and all I ever hear is excersise, dgood steady diet and lots of rest.

    I'm just trying to get some advice from you experienced guys, please ask the questions you need and I'll answer them the best I can, constructive criticism is welcome. Not " your diet is jacked" or "your wasting your time" or "do more research" lol construcitve please, explain.. Thanks in advance.

    ok, list your diet in detail including macros and I'll show you where to improve it.
    you are drastically underweight for your height, and should be eating 6 meals per day. I've been around this almost as long as you have been alive, and I can help you reach your goals if you open your mind.

    Ok I wake up in the morning, usually around 5am and eat 2 bowls of cereal, and drink 1 cup of milk, I go to work and at about 11 I eat a sandwich, chips and a juice(orange, apple, cranberry etc) I got back to work and around 5 my wife cooks a meal such as hamburger helper or speghetti etc, I drink water or a soda with that. In between these meals I eat peanuts, cliff bars, depending on hunger.

    I've been on protien shakes, mass xxx, weigh protien etc and all that happens is my metabolism speeds up and I never gain any weight, gym has been steady in past with supplement by never saw any weight gain, only lean cut. That is why I'm going to use these new supplements for the extensive chemical co
