This is kind of a two part question:
1. I hear the best time to inject is on a leg day. About 2 hours before you lift. True? Any other ideas
2. I have a bottle of andropen 275. I've been on before, but that was about a 2 years ago. I've been training for years, and I'm ready to get on. I'm 27, 6 foot and about 230lb. I was doing about 1cc of it once a week. Should I bump it to 2ccs? cc and a half? any ideas?
