HCG after 10 week Sustanon cycle

Hey guys!

I got 2 more weeks left in my sustanon cycle. Got a PCT set up with Nolvadex and Clomid. Now, my good friend told me to be on the safe side it makes sense to get HCG. How and when would I take that? Was going to start my PCT 3 weeks after the last shot, I take HCG needs to be started earlier? How is it administered? Orally or injection? At what dosage?

I would have used the hcg on cycle if I planned to use it, you could start it now at 250iu e3d and run till before pct starts

the question is do I really need to run it? I take it doesn't make sense to run it during PCT? So you suggest starting now (I got 2 weeks left of injections) for 5 weeks (3 weeks after the last injection I will start PCT)?
