SOS 500 & Alternatives
Hey folks... I'm new to the forum and was seeking some advice regarding sos500 or some other alternatives. I was working out tonight with a partner and he suggested sos 500. I dont have any prior experience with any steroid type supplements but I'm interested in trying it out to see the results. I've been in the gym (religiously) for the last 5 months and have had some success in reducing weight and increasing some muscle mass, but nothing to celebrate.
I appreciate any comments, suggestions and feedback you can offer.

ideally you should get your bf below 15% naturally.
what would be the reason for starting with the 500?

No other reason other than that's what was suggested at the time. Also, I guess I'm a bit impatient and am looking for results fast. I've gone to the gym in the past but have not been as dedicated as I am now. I've been overweight for most of my life and recently lost 30lbs by dieting alone. I'm just disgusted with the man boobs and stomach and am willing to try anything to see the changes quickly.

I forgot to include that I am taking CLA, ALA and L-Carnatine on a regular basis.

what is sos500, some kind of prohormone?
I think you need to spend more time in the gym and tweak your diet. what is your diet in detail?

Sus500 is a garbage PH by G.E.T nutrition. It contains 4,9-estra (that common dienolone PH) and a max-LMG clone.

It was all the rage like 2 years ago. All the cool kids were taking it after being in the gym for 3 weeks.
OP, taking a blend of two progestigenic compounds (especially considering your bodyfat level) would be sure recipe for a man-boob disaster, aside from the common steroid risks.

My diet consists of fiber, fruit and alot of protein. Not sure what level of detail you want me to get to. My goal is not to get big and bulky. I'm just looking to shed a lot of weight and load up some mass.
