I haven't been on here for a while and am getting back into things. I wasn't sure where to post this either, so if it needs to be moved, by all means...
I have a lot of goals that I want to reach in my life. As far as physical fitness goes from my point right now to my goal I need to put on about 4-5 inches all over my body. What I'd like to know is how long it would take to acheive these gains naturally? I know I can do it, but I'm fairly new in the experience category when it comes to training. My stats now are:
Chest:39
Arms: 13.5 (my weakest point)
Quads: 23
calves:16
bf% 15-16(guestimating)
wt:187
