realistic goals...
Hey Bros,
I haven't been on here for a while and am getting back into things. I wasn't sure where to post this either, so if it needs to be moved, by all means...
I have a lot of goals that I want to reach in my life. As far as physical fitness goes from my point right now to my goal I need to put on about 4-5 inches all over my body. What I'd like to know is how long it would take to acheive these gains naturally? I know I can do it, but I'm fairly new in the experience category when it comes to training. My stats now are:
Chest:39
Arms: 13.5 (my weakest point)
Quads: 23
calves:16
bf% 15-16(guestimating)
wt:187
All help is appreciated

wow man, you really need to work on your diet. protein intake, calories, etc... post up what you eat in a normal for us.

breakfast:
granola
milk
1 piece of wheat toast w/ butter
33grams protein powder
postworkout:
44grams protein
90grams weight gainer
midafternoon:
chicken breast
mozzerella cheese
wheat bagel
banana yogurt
early evening:
cup and a half oatmeal
chicken breast
dinner:
whatever mom makes
before bed:
33grams protein powder
This very rarely changes. I eat whatever on the weekends, though Saturdays I am starting to eat like this too. I like to think I'm getting about 2800-3000 calories a day. I've gained 10lbs in the last 2 months
so I think I'm doing something right, although there is some body fat with it. I was just wondering what to expect if I keep this up.
