    Question Little Test E while cutting?

    250mg of Test E /week. Is this going to help me maintain muscle, or elevated estrogen (converted from Test E) will reduce fat loss?
    PS. i know what steroids are good for cutting (winstrol , anavar ..... ) , but i don't planed to use steroids while cutting.
    I asked for Test E, because i have some ampules at home, and maybe they will decrease muscle loss while on low carb diet?

    weight: 187
    height: 6 ft
    body fat: around 15%
    years training: 3 years weight training, but 2 years with better diet, before that 1 year swimming..
    done one bulking cycle before, and i have left some Test E ampules.
    So can i use them while cutting fat?

    u can mate but i wouldnt recoment it. ur going to shut ur self down for 250mg of test its not woth it. id do it naturally, save the test u have and do a good cycle when ur happy with wat u have achived.

    Well low doses of Test E , to decrease conversion to estrogen, and Nolvadex for PCT.

    Week 1-8 Test E: 250mg/week
    Week 10-12: Nolvadex 40mg
    Week 12-14: Nolvadex 20mg

    I want to increase Test E, but estrogen = fat gain ( and i plan cutting) so what do you think?

    pointless IMO. youre going to have like 3-4 weeks of stable high(?) test levels and then be shut down for that long or longer. natural would be more benificial

    you dont need gear to cut.. you need diet and lots of cardio... cut your carbs.. bump up your cardio to 40 min 4x a week.. gear isnt always the answer to everything

    Increasing to 400mg/week, will help keeping muscle or.......
    In steroid profiles forum i read that can be used in cutting cycles , so why not to use it. I want to MINIMIZE muscle loss.

    I wouldn't shut myself down for such a low dose of test personally... And 8 week is practically pointless... I run test e at 12 minimum. We all know. And im sure u have heard it 1000x that best thing for cutting is diet and cardio. You can maintain muscle mass different ways. its hard to tell someone over internet what works for them. My buddy leaned out great by just adding 20 mins of cardio a day. And still maintained somewhat heavy weight....

    Personally you can cut with anything IMO... its all about diet... If your eating lean meals on deca you wont gain as much. but it will be lean mass... Where as if you just go for a full blown bulk and dont watch carbs you will gain great size but probably sacrifice a little bit of bf% and gain a little.

    You can make progress on that dose BTW. I ran just 250mg of test while I cut down on body fat at the beginning of contest prep. Then added in other compounds in order to grow during the prep with a well designed diet, training and cardio program.

    250mg of test can hold and maintain a large amount of muscle, much more than most realize.

    But really at your size and body fat Id do it naturally. Bet you haven't utilized all your options.

    save the money and go with cardio, diet and thermogenics like clen or t3 for now. I would say no need for test right now.

    It seems like a lot of people have the misconception that cardio and dieting completely eliminates all previously gained muscle mass. I have run cutting periods for as many as 6 months before I started to lose quality mass. I realize that everyone's body type responds differently to these things, but if you really are only all about cutting you will be good without it. Like they said, save it for a rainy day.

    I did not liked the results i got from my last cut ( i went from 20% , to 12) i lost over 20 kilos, and my strength was waaaayy down(maybe i overdone cardio), so i must use test E for this cut. I can't buy Armidex right now, but can buy tons of Nolvadex and Test E . So what are your suggestions for this cycle:

    Week 1-8 Test E: 350mg/week
    Week 10-12: Nolvadex 40mg
    Week 12-14: Nolvadex 20mg

    Diet: 250g protein, 50g fat, and carb cycling ( 50g lowest, 200g highest day).
    I am worried about this: Will Test E convert to Estrogen? Higher estrogen will reduce fat loss or not?

    you would be better off with Primobolan if you can find it.. no side effects at lower doses..

    I have ran Test-E at 400-500 mg/w with 0.5 Arimidex EOD while cutting with great success.

    Sounds messy!
    You should really allways have an AI at hand incase of gyno ON cycle.
    You should not run a Serm on cycle, that's for PCT.

    I know that, i planned Nolvadex for pct as you can see. But if i get sore nipples i will start taking Nolvadex. But with 350mg/week i don't think i will have problems.
