    what may the cycle weaker?

    hello friends

    what may make the cycle weaker and affects it negatively?

    as I know , that all tablets taken in pct , such as Nolvadex , Arimidex , etc... maybe make the cycle weaker if using them while the cycle it self.

    i would know , what other type of substance/food may hurt my cycle?

    i took Silybum marianum tablets (Milk Thistle) while the cycle in order to protect my liver.
    does that make the cycle weaker?

    list all bad things for cycle plz

    It's not certain things that make a cycle "weaker". It's certain things that will bring upon yourself an increase in negative side effects.

    This question shows that you are/were not anywhere near ready to cycle. Your biggest concern is what will make your cycle weaker? Really?

    well , my friend , don't judge quickly.
    if i lake some info it doesn't mean i'am not ready for cycle. despite iam new to that.
    simply i need to clarify and learn more about anabolics , and this is why i ask here , and got some books, and consulting with pro's.

    those were my results at first cycle , little bit cool:


    i've gained within 2 months
    16KG
    my body fat was around 18
    now its 13.5

    bench press was: 130kg
    now its 170kg


    iam very happy and satisfied ! but still i need to know more info for next cycle in order to improve.

    its a first cycle.


    before cycle - after cycle

    weight 94kg - 110kg

    bf% 18% - 13.5%

    training experience: 6.5 years in row.


    cycle , consisted of boldenon 200 , Testes 200 , Trenabolon 200


    week
    1: 6cc boldenon , 2cc testes
    2: 5cc boldenon , 2cc testes
    3: 7cc boldenon , 4cc testes
    4: 4cc boldenon , 3cc testes , 3cc trenabolon
    5: 2cc boldenon , 4cc testes , 4cc trenabolon
    6: 3cc boldenon , 3cc testes , 3cc trenabolon
    7: 3cc boldenon , 2cc testes , 3cc trenabolon
    8: 7cc boldenon , ---------- , 5cc trenabolon


    pct:

    3 shots 5000iu of HCG
    30 tablets of nolvadex

    Damn! That is a REAL heavy cycle for a first timer. I wouldn't expect much from here on out.

    A total of 1,400mg of EQ at one point

    A total of 800mg of test at one point

    A total of 1,000mg of tren at one point....

    You were running well over 2grams on your very first cycle. I've never ran that much.

    Are you seriously asking what made the cycle weaker?

    What is your height?

    You have much to learn. A cycle like that.... For a first cycle is insane. Not to mention its not even properly put together....

    sorry , but the wording of my question was done wrong and its confusing you.

    i didn't mean that my cycle was weak ! vise versa , it was a killer one!

    but i asked in general , what would make a cycle weak (or better to say , how i will not get good results from a cycle).

    for me , the days that i felt tired were the days that i didn't sleep enough (less than 6 hours) , but more than 10 hours sleeping was amazing.

    well , this cycle was written by a bodybuilding champion from my country that had won 1st place in the past 7 times in row

    and he told me that its a very strong cycle |!

    even i trust him , i still want to learn more....and i know that i need to learn a lot.

    so , what that means? i'am screwed now? next cycles will not do better for me?

    its already done...so i will refer to some good sources for my next cycles.




    is there any section in this forum that shows how cycles should be built? i mean , first one , second one , etc...

    or is it individual to each one? age , weight , etc... ?


    enlighten me more...coz i don't want to continue taking bad cycles from that guy if you say its bad.

    Most of the time when you cycle you do it in regards to increasing your levels. If you start with something that heavy for your first cycle you are not going to optimism what your putting into your body not to mention your body is much more affected by heavy doses like that of things its never had before at levels much more then needed. Your gains could have been achieved with far less product.


    You pretty much put your body into shock taking those amounts of gear. IMO the idea is to slowly build muscle so your chances of retaining it are far better then exploding from something you cant handle in the first place.

    I dont know where you are from or how else to explain it but hope you can understand. What you gained vs what you took does not equate. You could gain just as much with far less AAS and less damage on your body.
