    Exclamation inject after lifting??help???

    ok. I lifting legs tommorrow and i can't lift until around 8 oclock at night. is it ok to stick myself in my ass after i get home?? i dind't know if it is ok since i just lifted ??? thanks for the help, this may be a dumb question. thanks.

    it's fine to inject after you work out as long as your not injecting in the muscle you just worked out. The muscle is tense after a workout. My buddys friend snapped the needle off in his delt after a shoulder workout, what a mess!
