    First Cycle Help

    I am 23 about 5'8 195 pounds and around 25-27% bf.

Heres the deal I used to be in great shape around 9% body fat but have basically stopped working out for 2.5-3 years and done nothing but being a bum. I have started working out again and have started a moderate diet compared to what I was doing and trying to eat more clean. Im not saying right now but in the near future when I feel ready I want to start a cycle.

I want to get some strength back and lose some more weight first, but my purpose of my cycle is I want to lose body fat and gain some lean muscle at the same. I was thinking about taking some test e and anavar??

I was wondering if you guys could give me any help as if this would be a good idea or if I should try something else. I was thinking of taking the test for 8 wks at 400 mg and wasnt sure on the anavar.

Don't even worry about AAS right now. Go to the diet section and get your diet in check and get your bf% down.

Come back when you have lowered your BF, and have gotten some consistent training out of the way.

From here, we'll set you up with something. It's pointless to give out AAS advice when you aren't ready.

u said u've gotten down to 9% bf in the past. so i'm sure u'll know what has to be done to get back into that shape naturally. your current bf is way too high to consider any cycle. so lets just focus on natural diet and training for now mate.

As stated above, you need to get that bf lower to cycle in a healthy manner... sides are so much worse when high bf. Gear doesnt make those beach bodies, eating right does.

Gonna have to agree with everyone else on this one... Focus on diet and cardio.

    Good Luck!
