    Cycle HUNGER!!!!!!

Probably should be in the diet forum but more / quicker replies here....

Just went back on blast.. 2 weeks ago... (600mg test Ew) (200mg trt)
Waiting for the rest of my gear next week so I can add the Deca and a small stint of Methyltrienolone (oral trenbolone )

What the hell do you guys eat at night??

Now that I have my metabolism speeded up I am fine during the day..
But about 9pm.. I want to eat everything in sight! I must wake up 2-3 times between 11pm and 4am so hungry I can not even take it!
I can't not eat so what to eat??

1 man can only eat so much chicken.. and turkey... and fish...

And yes I have tried drinking a big thick protein shake before bed.. It actually makes me more huingry??

Just wondering if anyione else has this issue??

Do not want to grab a box of cereal or anything big on carbs and suck it down in the middle of the night.

Is it Casein that you are taking pre-bed? If so, is it mixed with anything?

what I really like before bed is...

half cup dry curd cottage cheese
    half cup plain yoghurt
scoop of some protein powder for taste (or brown splenda)

They have brown splenda? Didn't know that!

I am the same way though. When I am on cycle I get RAVENOUS hungry. I often have trouble with almost getting too many calories, lol.

It may sound odd, but I try to keep my sodium levels as low as possible during my 'day' (I work at night) and if I wake up from my sleep at night (during the day) I drink around 12 - 20oz of V8 100% Vegetable Juice. Not only does it help keep my recommended vegetable servings in place, but it helps fill me up too. I don't know if its the thickness or what, but it works for me.

I have been eating grapes! I all of there sudden love them and read several articles that say the antioxidants in them are great for dieting/ weight loss.

I had the same problem!... 2weeks, 1hr of cardio for all 14 days and did not lose a pound! Started coun ting my food intake and I thought I was around 3500 (my tdee) and I was at like 4400-4600 daily! So with the cardio I was maintaining

I have cut down to 2500 daily as of Monday and dropped 3.5 this week!
The shake before bed would be a Labrada Lean Body 330cal/40g pro/ 24g carb/ 8g fat mixed in water

Alsop read a bnig glass of milk is good to drink
