First Cycle Plan
Hey, let me just introduce myself first
18
215 lbs
15% bodyfat
Lifting 3+ years
Basically, recently I've been thinking about running a cycle, and competiting in some competitions before i'm done university. My biggest fear is too much DHT conversion, since my family has very bad hair genetics (on our heads atleast). I am highly considering running Anavar (oxandrolplex to be exact) for 50 days at 40mg a day, since its said to be 3 - 4 stronger than plain oxandralone. The reason I thought this was good was low DHT conversion, not ****matization and I've even been told no PCT is required. So my main questions are:
1. Anavar as a first cycle a good idea? Any better suggestions for someone worried about DHT conversion?
2. Is a PCT required in your opinion, if so, what, at what does, and for what length of time?

As for PCT I dont think its needed and wouldnt run anything. As for as for your first cycle is concerned many would say you are to young but I am not going to preach to you.
Yes for a first cycle I would say its very mild and the sides are pretty much nil. You really need to think about what your trying to gain from this "cycle" and what var is going to do for you? Var isnt going to do much in gaining size if any so more less anything you could accomplish with it you could do with cardio and a proper diet. On the other hand it will aid in fat loss and help cut BF faster then diet and cardio alone.

Thanks, and its not size I'm worried about. It was the maintenance of size and cutting of bodyfat i have difficulty with...used to be about 40% bodyfat and 270 lbs, 5 foot 8, now i'm 5 10, 215 lbs, 15% bodyfat. My diet is in check, 7 meals a day ( 2 - 3 hours apart) 400g of protein, 100 g of fat, 300g of carbs. Also, thanks for not preaching, VERY appreciated. I know i could do it naturally, but i just want to speed it up and enjoy it more, i gained 30 lbs my first year of university. This year tho, i've been planning all summer to make everything perfect

Your only 18, you don't need ANY steroids . You need diet, cardio and training for a few more years.

I agree with G4R but like I said I wont preach.
with being that your mind is pretty well made up and you are choosing var for your cycle is you stick with only var I would be much more supportive then if you wanted to use something far stronger. Var is not going to hinder your natrual test production as far as I know. That being said even at a younger age then advised the long tern affect it would have would be nothing in comparison to many other things you could be doing. Not to mention the positive affects it could have for you. ( not so much physical but emotionally.)
Seems to me you just want to loose some BF and may better be suited for some clen and or t3 which both can be dangerous if not carefully dosed on a strict schedule. Either of these or var will get the results it seems your looking for. I would say var would be the safest at your age.

I understand that everyone over an age thinks no one should do a steroid before a certain age...but be serious, how many prob bbers didn't start juicing this young if not younger (arnold at 13) and you won't believe me from just saying it, but I supplement the best i can, eat the best i can, and train the hardest i can, every day, everytime i walk through those doors. I just have so many problems getting lean, i can see quads, bicep and shoulder seperations and vascularity, but all my body fat is held in my abdominal region which makes me feel horrible and ruins my self esteem when i go out.

If you are having issues with BF, then there is a problem with your diet. It needs fixed.

I am not preaching but going to tell you a story of a running back friend of mine from high school. He was all state....went to college...went to usfl....now he is battling with ED.....prostate problems....horomone problems....which have led to acne and weight problems....
This guy was a stud in high school....now his pecker is a dud! All becuz of 2 cycles in high school....AND FOR ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE...IM NOT SAYING THIS IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN....IM JUST GIVING A STORY FROM MY LIFES EXPERIENCE....
Oh yeah he is in his late 30's now with these problems in case you were wondering.....trust me bro i am getting it on like a rock star still with no help....you will want to have that when you are older...

Alright....but i can almost guarantee he ran something that had a huge effect on his natural test production, or prob took something like deca and test...if anything, anavar is safer than those thousands of kids who take mdrol, hdrol, m1t's and other popular oral steroids that are categorized as "ph" but are just active steroids

I can offer my 2 cents. I made the mistake of cycling when I was 17 and when I was 22. Used a lot of product with no PCT. I can say I dealt with extreme anxiety, depression and I was tired all the time for long peroid. It ruined my mid 20's. This next time around I have done an enormous amount of research and feel confident in what im doing. Im 29.
