Hey guys I am currently taking 200mcgs of T3 ED. Guys at the gym say my dosage is a bit high but I am 250lbs and I feel like its ok. Can you guys give me some advice on what dosage you feel is safe and 100% effective?

That is a high dose for T3!
You shouldn't need that much.
What's your body fat?
I thought t3 was suppose to start @ .25mg and then work ur way up??
And 200mcg = .2mg
thats a really high dose bud... be careful you dont lose a ton of muscle instead of fat... worse possible outcome.

if your not running any kind of AAS with the T3 your going to lose alot of muscle mass, and thats for low doses like 50-100mcg. 200mcg with no AAS is bad idea man, no one on here will reccomend T3 solo, i would get some kind of test or var or something in the mix and cut down the dosage to 50-100mcg to start.
Yea i get it thanks, I have been using dnp 400mg ed alongside the t3 but i dont think i need 200. I am going to drop it to 125mcgs
yea that is a big t3 dose, I usually stay around 100 mcgs and it works fine.
