Ive done thousands of injections in my life and have never noticed any scar tissue. What are the dangers and or problems with injecting into scar tissue and how do you know you have it?

I doubt you've developed significant scar tissue from injections. The hole you are making is so small, and since it is left open to heal properly it is unlikely that you get entrapment of unhealed tissue, which is what leads to scarring. This and the chance of infection are the reason why doctors will not stitch a puncture wound closed. They typically just bandage them and allow them to heal normally after administering antibiotics. This isn't for minor wounds either. My cousin had an arrow go into his foot years ago and they did not stitch the wound. I'll have to ask him if he has a scar the next time I see him, but being as how it was the sole of his foot I wouldn't be surprised if the answer was no.
