how much did you gain? Was it muscle, water, or fat? what dose did you run? was it your first cycle?

I don't use prop anymore but i'll comment anyway LOL
I've made GREAT gains this year being on mainly just 750mg's test E. If your diet is good and you know wtf you're doing..... test by itself is great.

This year I ran an 8 week prop only cycle. Gained 30 pounds and about 8 was water.

Just ran first Prop cycle. My body responded much better to longer ester test. Not to mention I got tired of pinning constantly.
Has is a sissy and doesnt like pinning...
I like the lean gains from Prop, but found I did gain more muscle with longer esterred test.
No reason a good diet, training and plenty of rest wouldnt get you a solid 10-12lbs in 8-10 weeks.
My next cycle will be prop at a higher dosage so we shall see how that goes.
