    Comments on Cycle will start Nov. 2010

    Age:40
    Training: on and off for years
    Weight:190
    Height: 5"8
    Body Fat: 13%
    Cycle History: Lost count

    I gain good and then sometimes mess up on PCT and i cant seem to find the exact thing that i need to keep my gains.

    Propose Cycle:
    WK 1-14 Test E 750mg shoot 3 times a week
    WK 1-12 Deca 400mg
    WK 1-5 or 6 Dianbol 50mg a day
    and take All liver protection that i need

    Wait two weeks

    PCT
    WK 1 100mg Clomaid
    WK 1-4 40mcg Novadex
    WK 2-4 50mcg Clomaid

    This is what i learned new that during the PCT and for the couple of months eat more do half a hour training and and dont go as hard as i was on Juice.

    Please dont advise me on "Diet" I know how to do that i will be taken 300 Plus grams of protein with good carb and fat, Please see if you can give me advise on cycle maybe on training after PCT, that i might be doing too much or something.

    If you are having trouble recovering or keeping gains maybe stretch pct another week or 10 days. Especially with something as suppresive as deca. Do you get bloodwork after pct?

    Hcg would be a nice addition during this cycle too. I used it for the first time in my current cycle and would not go without it again.

    no i never do blood test even though i should, I have used HCG about 500IU a week but lack of motivations plays a big role as well when your test level drops. maybe extend the PCT for another Week i might try that

    Motivation is tough during pct. I feel even worse if I miss or slack to much so I make sure I'm consistent, if not as intense.

    yeah i know i hate the end of cycle usually lol it suck to be off of it but all good things must come to am]n end. What do you think of half hour training not that hard and eating allot and resting between days after cycle for a month and a half

    ones the natural test is restored then it will be okay and feeding fuel to new muscle has to be done thats my theory

    Keep calories up during pct and for a while after. Cutting during this time frame is the worst thing you can do. Cortisol is the enemy during this time.

    yeah that's what i am thinking, more calories less stress on muscle not to burn it out. The biggest problem is that we tend to keep workout intensity the same level we forget that we are off cycle.. I am gonna try that this time around
