    On cycle work out routine

    Im debating on a full body or split routine while on cycle. whay do you all think? full body, split, push/pull etc.??

    I do both, 4 weeks split then 1 or 2 weeks Full body. I find it keeps the body guessing.

    i like the push/pull split.. do legs on thier own.. when i'm off cycle i incorporate shoulders on back day.. but when im on i step up my back work out and give shoulders aday of thier own.. so i have a 4 day split

    Best thing to do is try bro...you can see how you feel and your body responds to the different work outs..
