anadrol 50/dianabol/ nolvadex

hi looking 4 sum advise i have got 50 anadrol 50 tabs, 100 dianabol tabs, 50 nolvadex, its my 2nd cycle just wondering whats the best way of taking theses? was thinkin 2 anadrol for 5 weeks then hit the dianabol after at 10 a day?? much help be appreciated? thanks

1st cycle 200 dianabol , 4 tabs a day for about 6 weeks
have always being small and found it hard to gain weight etc, really want to gain size hoping to try and get to at least 80kg, also wanting to try and improve strenght as much as possible, forgot to say also have thistle milk to hand as well

You need to read the educational threads at the top of the Questions and Answers forum to begin with, there is so much wrong with your stats and cycle plans...

With such high bf% you run a much higher risk from ERSE..

Using aas at such an early age can cause serious health issues especially in later life...

You havnt been training for close to long enough...

Post your diet in the diet forum and training routine in the training forum, lets begin there...
