what is the best stack for bulking
i am 28 yrs old, i have done two cycles consistin of 500mg/wk test enth and 50mg a day winstrol , both time the gains were good 30lbs first cycle, 25 lbs second cycle but the weight does'nt stay on for long i just finished the 2nd cycle and now weigh 140lbs. any advice would be appreaciated

Hmm the best stack for you??..you weigh 140 lbs??..ok stack 12 egg whites (2 yolks) on 4 slices of ezequiel bread..then you balance that on a 6 stack of protein pancakes...eat that 6 times a day...make sure you drink at least a gallon of fluids......kidding bro..welcome...as the bro ahead said get your nutrition down...

i eat like a horse, big meals 4 times a day and snack between always have but never gain weight, i was told this was due to high metabolism so thats not the issue here
and my height is 5'8" i was 118lbs at the begining of my last cycle

You've caught my attention now lol.
Solid advice has been given. I would love to know what your big 4 meals and additional snacks consist of. Curious to see how someone with a great diet is stuck at 140lbs.

diet
5 eggs n toast w/milk in morning
3 pb&j's about 10 am
chicken breast with veggies for lunch
2-3 fried egg sandwiches around 5 pm with protien shake
steak or chicken with potatoes and atleast 2 other veggies for dinner w/protien shake

you should head to the diet forum, read the appropriate threads at the top, then list yours for critique. let's fix that first.

ok, i've alwasy struggled with being thin my brother who is two years younger is 6' 2" 225lbs even he can't belive i don't gain anything with as much as i eat

The reason you are 140Lbs after 2 cycles is because your diets sucks. There are no If's and's or but's about it.
I dont see any reason you couldnt get to around 180 naturally without a problem.
Diet is the key, always has been and always will be.

Another vote for ^^^^^^ this. Your diet is crap. You need to eat a protein-centric diet, not PB and Js and milk all day like a 6 year old. Also, you're only hurting yourself in the longrun by doing cycles when you're so far from your natural potential, it's ridiculous.
